Overview
We are present on site to be the client's engineering eyes on the execution. We follow the work in real time, review material quality on delivery, and document progress periodically for full transparency — whether the client is an individual building, a company, or a developer running several projects.
When we detect any deviation from specifications or drawings, we issue an immediate technical observation and track it to closure. Correcting an error on site costs far less than remedying it after finishing, and we accompany the project through the requirements for its occupancy certificate.
